What treatment do I start with?We offer consultations before each treatment. The $50 fee is waived with any same day services or if time does not allow, can be applied to a future visit. Depending on your goals, we will guide you on what treatment is best for you. Many of our clients start with Jeuveau Neurotoxin injections, however, if this is your first ever treatment we may recommend starting with Blue Radiance Chemical Peel or Radio Frequency Microneedling. One gives a fresh glow and the other helps turn back time and rebuild collagen. Both allow us to get to know your skin. Further, PRF is the most natural option we have to building volume while rebuilding collagen and reversing time. It can be combined with microneedling or dermal filler for best results and most bang for your buck!
-
What can I expect in a consultation?During a consultation we go over very basic medical and skin history, discuss your skin concerns and goals, review what you are currently using for skincare, and discuss your budget. From there, we determine a treatment plan of products and treatments to help you meet your skincare goals and stay within your budget.

How long will a set of eyelash extensions last?Eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, refills should only be required every 2 to 4 weeks.
-
Can I wash my face with extensions on?Of course! Just avoid direct water contact for that first 24-48 hours. Take care in removing your makeup to uphold the longevity of your lashes, work/wash around them with a washcloth.
-
Can I apply mascara to eyelash extensions? Our eyelash extensions are designed to give your natural lashes an improved look of fullness so mascara is not needed. It may also negatively affect the longevity and shed of your lashes.
-
Can I swim, shower, exercise, or get a massage while wearing eyelash extensions? We do ask you to minimize the chance of wetting the extensions for the first 24-48 hours of wear. After that period, the adhesive used to apply your eyelash extensions is secure enough to allow you to get right back to your routine. However, keeping away from extensive contact with steam such as in saunas or certain facials is recommended since it can begin to loosen the bond.
-
How often should I come in for my lash fills?Everyone’s lashes shed differently so how often you fill them is a personal preference. Most clients come in every 2-3 weeks for a full.
-
Is there nything I need to do before my first appointment? Please come with clean lashes and no makeup. To remove any eye makeup, use an oil-free makeup remover to cleanse your lashes prior to the appointment as well to remove any leftover mascara.
-
I have had a reaction to lashes in the past, is there an amount of time I should wait to do them again? We recommend you come in and have a patch test to see how you react. If you have a true reaction lashes would not be recommended.
-
What if I want my eyelash extensions removed? We do offer a lash removal service to have the extensions removed involving a short 30-minute (or less) appointment in which we apply a gel remover. Once the adhesive is dissolved the extensions are gently wiped away with lint free applicators exposing the natural lashes.

What is the difference between Botox and Jeuveau?Well, first these two neurotoxins are the most alike. They are both made with Botulinum toxin type A, however, Jeuveau is made with "Hi-Pure" technology. Hi-Pure is a scientific process that takes additional steps ensure the neurotoxin is much purer and therefore theoretically safer. In a study with mice, it took twice as much Jeuveau to lead to an adverse event as Botox.
-
Is Jeuveau the only neurotoxin you work with?Yes! For a couple of reasons. Neurotoxins can be vacuum or freeze dried. In the process of freeze-drying (such as with Xeomin or Dysport), proteins are denatured. The manufacturer of Jeuveau vacuum-dries the product, which is therefore thought to result in a more potent product. Thanks to inflation, Botox has raised it's prices a couple of times since 2020 in most areas whereas Evolus (the company behind Jeuveau) has kept steady pricing, making it a more-cost effective product. Most importantly, customers report a more gradual wear compared to its competitors.
-
How long do neurotoxins last? The effects from neurotoxins will last three to six months. The amount of product injected, the patient’s metabolism, and the patient’s age, are just a few variables to take into consideration when determining how long the product will last. As the muscle action gradually begins to come back, the lines and wrinkles will begin to return. However, the neurotoxins shrink the muscles over time, so continued use of the product will help make the lines and wrinkles appear less severe with time.
-
Can neurotoxins be reversed?Unlike fillers, which can often be reversed with an enzyme, neurotoxins cannot be reversed. Patients must simply wait until the neurotoxin wears off, which is usually between 3-6 months.
-
Do neurotoxin injections hurt? While any type of injection can involve some discomfort, the needles used for administering neurotoxins are very fine to help ensure there is very little pain (if any). Any level of discomfort may also depend on where the injections are being administered. Injections around the eyes and lips, in particular, tend to be slightly more uncomfortable than ones in the forehead or between the eyebrows where skin is thicker. Overall, any pain associated with neurotoxin injections are generally considered mild and tolerated well by most patients.
-
Are there any risks involved with neurotoxin injections?Neurotoxin injections are generally considered safe for most people, but they do come with the potential for some risks. These may include: Bruising or swelling at the injection site Redness Headache (mild, like a tension headache) Nausea Temporary facial drooping The most important factor in helping prevent these or other unwanted effects is to make sure you select an experienced, reputable injector to administer your neurotoxin treatment.
-
How long before I see results from neurotoxin injections and how long do they last?Generally, you should notice lines and wrinkles in the treatment area begin to soften in about 2-3 days following injections. Optimal results could at minimum 2 weeks and up to 30-40 days to be experienced. Those skin-smoothing results typically stick around anywhere from 3-5 months in many cases.
-
How do I prepare for a chemical peel?If you use Retin-A, please stop using three to four days before your scheduled appointment. Please use SPF 30 or higher daily before and after treatment.
-
Does the chemical peel hurt? Some patients have reported experiencing a mild heat or tingling sensation, but this can easily be controlled by a fan and is short-term. Discomfort will be minimal.
-
Am I good candidate for a chemical peel? The peel is suitable for men and women who are looking to improve their complexion without surgery, especially those with fine wrinkles, sun damage and discolored skin. It can improve skin tone and texture, even mild acne scars, but not pore size.
-
Will my skin peel with a chemical peel, how long is the downtime? You should expect to see some redness, maybe even swelling, in the first 12 hours. Facial peeling is usually minimal, if at all, after a few days. Avoid direct heat and sun exposure in the first 24-48 hours after your peel. Regardless of peel, ALWAYS wear a sunscreen - most of your fine lines and wrinkles are a result of sun exposure!
-
How should I care for my skin after a chemical peel?Use a gentle cleanser to wash the skin and a gentle moisturizer and/or healing serum (we recommend Obagi Skin Barrier Cream) a few times a day to minimize flaking. Avoid alpha- and beta- hydroxyl acid products, retinols and products containing fragrances for 2-3 days after the peel. Wait at least 2-3 weeks before your next peel.
-
How many peels do I need?Although results can be seen after a single peel. We recommend a course of 4-6 peels every 2-4 weeks for optimal results. Conditions like acne, scarring or extensive pigmentation are recommended to complete 4-6 treatments.
